Overview and Background:
K2 Pure Solutions is proposing to build a new manufacturing facility based on a state-of-the-art, environmentally and inherently safe technology.
Using mainly salt, water and electricity, the non-hazardous products developed in this facility will be used for critical everyday purposes like cleaning our drinking water. Traditionally, many of these products, such as bleach, have relied on the delivery of chlorine by rail car, but K2 Pure Solutions will produce these same products and will eliminate the need to ship chlorine through our neighborhoods at the same time.
The result will be a safer place to live, economic development and the creation of approximately 30 new jobs at the site.
